Yogi Priest Swami Shiva Nand Jee practices the Vrschikasana (Scorpion Asana in Sanskrit)
This exercise requires great back flexibility. The spine is stretched and the gap between vertebras is closed. This position is very good for the spinal joint lubrication and to increase and maintain back flexibility. The lungs expand fully while the full abdominal muscles are stretched. All the blood goes down to the head improving the body blood circulation system. It is also good for the mind.
